Ice Bath Festival 2026
After a very successful Ice Bath Festival last year , Hilde Vinternatt will continue organizing the Ice Bath Festival in Ustaoset on Saturday, February 28. This year it will be an extra special and emotional festival, as it marks 10 years since Vinternatt first came to life.
Activities at the Ice Bath Festival in Ustaoset:
Ice bath in a hole in the ice at Ustevann, with a sauna.
Sauna and ice bath at Hilde’s yard, with views of Hallingskarvet and Hardangervidda.
Yoga and breathing exercises with Rachel Brownbridge at the Ustaoset community house.
The fourth activity is always different each year. It supports local initiatives and a person passionate about what they do. Previous activities have included drawing and art with Karin Barsinski, a snowshoe hike with Jørgen, and a cacao ceremony with Jennifer and Sondre from Geilo.
