Accommodation - Stay together in one of our cabins or apartments, several of which have access to a swimming pool and sauna. Don't want to spend time in the kitchen? Then we have several hotels that suit you.

Winter activity - Pre-book an activity full of action. How about ice-carting, snowmobiling, dog sledding or tobogganing? No boys trip is complete without lifelong memories and a photo documenting the activity.

Book a table - Regardless of where you want to live, it's nice to get the gang together to eat at a restaurant one of the evenings.

Go skiing - Bring your skis, both cross-country and alpine. If you don't have or don't want to pack all that luggage, you can rent all ski equipment at Geilo. A day on the slopes and a day on cross-country skiing is a must for the boys.

Apres ski - Saturday afternoon is set aside for real après-ski, either in Havsdalskroa or at Dr. Holms Hotel.

Ski, drink, sleep and repeat

Let the boys' trip begin!

Arrival day

When the train arrives at Geilo station, you are greeted by fresh air and a wonderful winter landscape. If you have chosen to live in one of the cabins or apartments in the centre, it is within walking distance of the train station. If they are a little further away, the taxis are ready at the station. Most of the hotels is within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Now you all can just enjoy the rest of the evening with pleasant company, nice food and something good to drink!

Day 1

Breakfast usually starts with a glass, followed by a breakfast with eggs and bacon. You have some free time before the pre-booked activity, so some of the guys go downtown to do some last minute shopping, while the other half takes goes cross-country skiing to Prestholtseter. At Prestholtseter you can buy drinks, food and baked goods. In the afternoon it is time for a winter activity, the duration depends a little on what you have booked. But expect to spend anywhere from half an hour to two hours. After a long day outdoors with activities, it's good to know that the rest of the evening will be spent in the cabin or apartment, with a delicious steak dinner and some good drinks!

Day 2

This day starts pretty much the same as the day before, but there is a little extra coffee today. As soon as everyone has gotten up, you eat breakfast and change into ski clothes. It depends on where you live, but you can either walk out the door and straight into the ski resort or jump on skibus which takes you directly to the ski lift. You start by skiing for a few hours in Geiloheisen and Fugleleiken, before taking a short break at Halsteinsgård Kafè. They serve sausages, homemade omelettes, waffles and baked goods. You take a few more turns on the ski slope before you take the actual lunch break at Havsdalskroa. Here they have Geilo's best pizza and a good selection of other dishes with elements of local ingredients, as well as lots of good drinks. At weekends and holidays, Havsdalskroa is transformed into Geilo's best apres ski. Therefore, you will be sitting here for the rest of the day. The last ski bus from après ski leaves at 19.30, but you have taken the bus a little earlier as you have reserved a table at Hallingstuene Restaurant at 20.00, this is a restaurant with a good atmosphere and rich taste experiences. Hallingstuene specializes in dishes such as grouse, reindeer and deer and has a well-stocked wine cellar with over 900 different wines on the wine list. After a wonderful meal, the evening continues with live music in skibaren at Dr.Holms Hotel!

Departure day

Today everyone is tired, some more than others. But the atmosphere is top notch! You make breakfast out of what's left of food before you clean the cabin and pack your bag. Now it's just a matter of getting to the train station and wait for the train that will take you back home!
