Sauna experience with Vinternatt
Give yourself two hours of tranquility, warmth and presence at beautiful Ustaoset. RØTTER is a sensory sauna experience led by Hilde Karlsen from Vinternatt – an evening to land, breathe and find your way back to simplicity.
Through warm, cold baths and nature's elements, you are invited into a space for well-being and presence. Can be experienced on Friday 7th and 31st of August.
The experience includes:
- Sauna and refreshing bath
- Essential oils and steam
- Herbs and homemade body scrub
- Tea, singing and live music
- A calm, nurturing atmosphere in small groups
