Sauna experience "Røtter" with Vinternatt

Røtter is a sensory sauna experience designed to bring calm, presence, and a deeper connection with nature. Together with Hilde from Vinternatt, you are invited into a warm and safe space where traditional sauna rituals meet mountain air, silence, and simple, earthy elements.

Throughout the experience, you are guided at a slow pace, where heat, steam, essential oils, and herbs are used to enhance the senses and create a feeling of presence. Hilde leads the ritual with confidence and experience, making it easier for you to relax and be fully present in your body.
