Riding camp at Langedrag
Join our riding camp during sommer break and experience what it’s like to have your own horse for the entire week. You’ll enjoy grooming, riding lessons, and trail rides in a magical mountain landscape – combined with unique animal encounters at Langedrag, from June 21st to 26th.
The riding camp is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders, with lessons tailored to each level. The camp is led by riding instructor Marie Thorson Østby Natten, with Level 3 certification from Starum (the highest riding instructor qualification in Norway).
What you will experience:
Daily riding: dressage, jumping, and trail rides.
Vaulting: balancing act on horseback.
Mountain hiking day: We ride horses, swim, canoe, make charcoal
Close encounters with animals such as horses, lynx, moose, reindeer, and Arctic fox.
Safe environment, skill-building, and true riding enjoyment.
Practical information:
Duration: Sunday–Friday.
For children and youth, age 9-15.
Parents are invited to a performance on Friday at 3 PM.
A sommer holiday filled with horses, learning, friendship, and memories for life.
