Geilo Horse Center offers horseback riding tours during autumn (26.09 - 11.10) - a fantastic experience of Geilo.
On the 1-hour trip, you usually ride down at Slåttahølen, a nice gravel road past Geilo Kulturkyrkje. Alternatively, the trip can go on a walk in the forest, which offers a little more challenge - but also a view. This is a great trip that suits beginners and experienced. The tour starts at 12.00pm.
Geilo Horse Center has Icelandic horses and døl, all safe and experienced tour horses. The Icelandic horses want you to be a maximum of 90 kg, so if you prefer a pool due to weight/height or desire - let us know when booking.
