Geilo Mushing is started by three kennels in the area around Geilo, which have extensive experience with both competition and tourist driving. Our mushers are active competition mushers who live and breathe for the sport – and for their dogs. With us, the dogs' well-being is always at the center; They are our most important teammates and a natural part of the family.

At Geilo Mushing, you get to take part in the dog sledding life; You learn about the dogs, how they are trained and cared for, and get to try driving a sled yourself - an experience that provides both mastery and magical moments. After the trip, there will be time for cuddles with the dogs and good stories as well as something hot to drink by the fire.

We offer tours from Kikut from December to March. Our tours are suitable for individuals, families, couples and groups. On request, we also offer tours and experiences for larger groups, companies and events.
