The first course is always a soup that has been given ample time to develop its rich flavours. Following the soup, a starter is served that both looks stunning and tastes heavenly.
The main course consists of game, poultry or fish, based on fresh seasonal ingredients paired with vegetables from the local Nerol Gard in Hol, fresh mushrooms, and berries. Everything is complemented with a delightful sauce.
A good meal is rounded off in style with a delightful dessert. Enjoy the dessert with a warm cup of tea, coffee, local apple juice, or a suitable dessert wine. After the meal, you're invited to relax in the living room, where the atmosphere is equally refined, and the experience continues. What about a local akevitt?
