Times change, and partly because we are becoming more built-in here where we are located—with significant development and increased traffic—and because the owner and operator, Asle Kirkevoll, has retired and wishes to scale back, we have significantly reduced our operations.

However, we still offer some sleigh rides in the winter, wedding carriage services throughout the year, and assistance with packing horse assignments in the summer.

During the summer and autumn holidays, there may be short periods with riding opportunities when former stable staff wish to take on the work. These will be announced on Facebook.

There is a herd of horses at the center year-round, so you are always welcome to stop by and say hello to the horses.
