Food Day and Traditional Village Dinner

On September 13, Fagerli will host a Food Day, where you can learn how to bake traditional flatbread, butcher a lamb, plant your own potato patch, or take part in caring for the animals.

Emergency Preparedness Year 2026 + Skurdalen = knowledge about food preparedness and self-reliance!

Eide Mountain Farm and Fagerli Outdoor School are looking forward to a day filled with a little bit of everything — and plenty more besides!

The day will end with a Traditional Village Dinner featuring fårikål (Norwegian lamb and cabbage stew) made with locally sourced lamb from Eide Mountain Farm.
