Exhibition at the Geilo Kulturkyrkje
Welcome to the opening of two new exhibitions on Friday, June 5 at 5:00 PM at Geilo Cultural Church. The exhibition runs until Saturday, August 1.
Nina Amot, trained as a copywriter and literary mediator from Ål, always carries a camera in her inner pocket to capture moments one can later find rest in. With her photo exhibition “What I Saw”, she conveys presence and attentiveness through her images.
The second exhibition, “Metamorphosis”, is a visual dialogue between two artists: Karin Baranski, a trained art teacher, and Kristin Talseth, an illustrator and artist working from a house in the forest. Their collaboration across different techniques forms the foundation of the exhibition. The main focus is on nature and how we can reflect ourselves within it.
