The annual wine festival in Geilo takes place the last weekend of September!
Experience an exciting weekend with wine tours, crash cources, and wine tastings. There will be courses for both beginners and advanced participants, winemaker's dinners, and a large wine fair in the town center.

In recent years, Stetten has begun with a "Wine Walk" on Friday afternoon. Here, you visit several serving venues to taste and learn about wine from importers or producers, and gain insight into which types of glasses are best suited for different types of drinks.
On Saturday, a wine fair is held in Geilo town center. Here, several importers, producers and suppliers of wine and accessories have the opportunity to exhibit their products for information, wine tasting and sales.
Another highlight is the "Winemaker's Dinner," where wine importers and producers collaborate with restaurants and hotels in Geilo to serve wine and gourmet food in an exquisite combination. Registration is done directly with the respective restaurant or hotel.
You can purchase tickets for the Wine Walk and the wine fair seperately or as a combo ticket. The Wine Walk is divided into two rounds: a short one and a long one. Choose the ticket that suits you best!
Throughout the Stetten weekend, you can sign up for the "Winemaker's Dinner" at various hotels and restaurants, where excellent wines are paired with delicious gourmet food. A perfect way to end the day.

Choose between a short walk with three stops for NOK 400, or a long walk with six stops, one of which is non-alcoholic, for NOK 550.
