Early opening of cross-country tracks
Yes, you read that right - Geilo opens 2,5 km at Geilo Stadium already this Saturday 24th of October! Norway's earliest opening of cross-country tracks this year.
Thanks to sponsorship contributions from Skue Sparebank and the Geilo Group for the snow storage from last winter, we had the trails ready as early as October 24st at Geilo Stadion. Everyone is free to dispose of the tracks in return for a small fee via vipps.
Slope access is purchased via Vipps #73945 and shown at the stadium (there will be security and random checks). Training groups and teams can get an invoice by contacting us: [email protected]
- Day pass NOK 100 (valid for 24 hours)
- Weekend pass NOK 250 (valid from Fri-Sun)
- Weekly pass NOK 500 (valid from the date of purchase and one week ahead)
Students at NTG and members of Geilo IL and Geilo Sti og Løypelag, as well as all volunteers at the Season Opener Weekend, are exempt from slope fees. The same applies to everyone under the age of 15.
