Cider Makers Dinner at Geilo Mountain Lodge

On Saturday, September 26 at 7:00 PM, join us at Geilo Mountain Lodge for an exclusive four-course Cider Makers Dinner featuring Epli Sideri, one of Hardanger’s legendary cider producers.

This evening, we are delighted to welcome passionate apple farmers Inger and Kristian, who are at the heart of a family business involving several generations.

Inger is a certified Pommelier, educated through the world’s first Pommelier programme in Ulvik, Hardanger. Together, they are passionate about sharing the unique flavours and traditions behind Norwegian apples and cider.

Enjoy a selection of award-winning Norwegian apple and cider products, paired with a four-course dinner prepared by Lokal Fjellgourmet at Geilo Mountain Lodge.

A four-course dinner featuring, among other delicacies, wild trout from Hardangervidda and locally produced cheeses from our own village. Each course will be paired with a carefully selected cider.
