By Boat into the National Park – A Guided Storytelling Trip

Join us for a memorable guided storytelling cruise across Lake Halne to Sleipa and Skaupa, in the heart of Hardangervidda National Park on August 8 from 11am - 2pm.

Experience the magnificent mountain landscape while learning about the area's rich history, culture, and traditions. During the excursion, we visit the historic fishing cabin at Skaupa, where a delicious lunch will be served.

Programme
10:45 AM – Meet at Halne Fjellstugu
11:00 AM – Welcome and coffee
Guided boat cruise across Lake Halne
Stories about the area's nature, history, and cultural heritage
Lunch served at the historic fishing cabin at Skaupa
Return to Halne at approximately 1:15 PM

Every day during National Park Days, we serve our special National Park Menu at Halne Fjellstugu from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Enjoy crispy pan-fried trout from Lake Halne, followed by cloudberry soup served with coffee and homemade ice cream—a delicious taste of the Norwegian mountains.
