Beer Makers Dinner

On Sunday, March 29, Vestlia Resort invites you to a Beer Makers Dinner with Martin Houge from Nøgne ØL.

Welcome to the Beer Makers Dinner – a culinary experience perfect for food and beer enthusiasts. This evening we will serve a 4-course menu paired with beers from well-known brewers.

On the menu:
Langoustine soup served with shellfish, dill oil, root vegetables and Jerusalem artichoke – 4885 Blanc
Beef tartare served with capers, onion, pickles, egg and flatbread from Leveld Lefsebakeri – Nøgne Ø Draft Beer
Thyme-marinated loin of fallow deer served with game sauce, celeriac purée, carrot, beetroot and leek – Tiger Triple and Brown Ale
Blue cheese – Two Captains
Chocolate fondant with cherries – Porter
