5 km dog sledding on the Ustedalsfjord

Geilo Dogsledding offers a 5 km trip with a dog sled starting on the Ustedalsfjord at Geilo Beach. Each dog team has two sleds.

By driving with two sleds, you as a guest will have the opportunity to get the feeling of driving a large team, while safety is well taken care of by an experienced dog musher standing on the sled behind.
If you do not want to stand on the sled, you can choose to sit nice and warm in the sled, and enjoy the trip on the scenic Ustedalsfjord behind the four-legged heroes.

The 5 km hike takes about 20-25 minutes, depending on weather and driving conditions.

Age limit:
Children from 0 to 2 years must sit together with an adult in the dogsled. Children from 3 to 11 years must also be accompanied by an adult. Children from 12 years are considered adults in connection with the dogsledding and may, if desired, try to drive the dogsled.

Cancellation:
If the dogsledding is cancelled by the customer up to 7 days before the activity, the amount paid will be refunded minus an administration fee. If Geilo Dogsledding has to cancel the dogsledding, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
