17th of May Buffet at Lia Fjellhotell
Welcome to a delicious and enjoyable 17th of May celebration with a buffet at Lia Fjellhotell from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
We are pleased to invite you to our very first 17th of May buffet at Lia Fjellhotell – and we’ve truly set the bar high this year.
This will be a day where we aim to surpass ourselves, both in atmosphere and, not least, the food.
Here, you can expect a lavish spread featuring everything from smoked salmon and cured salmon to slow-roasted entrecôte, venison fillet, brisket, and spareribs – in addition to classics like meat patties, sour cream porridge, traditional small dishes, and a wide selection of hot and cold options.
The dessert table will not be holding back either:
Pavlova with strawberries, cream cake, caramel pudding, cheesecake, an ice cream bar, and much more.
This is the perfect day to gather family and friends, relax, and enjoy Norway’s National Day with truly delicious food in beautiful surroundings.
