Hol beach
Nice family friendly beach with easy access and dressing rooms. There is also a shelter for fireplace/barbeque. Good place for kids for playing. Volleyball nett.
The Hol Beach is warmer than the Geilo Beach. Facilities are toilett and parking.
There is a nice round tour around the whole lake off 12km. You can bike and walk. In the other end of the lake you will rech the ''energy strairs'' by the ice skating ring. Get up and enoy the view.
From 15 April to 15 September, bonfires are prohibited in forests in Norway.
Follow road 50 towards Aurland from Hagafoss. Go over Steimsbrua bridge, turn to the right to a parking place. There is a nice walking and cycling bath around the whole lake, 12km.
