Vestlia Ski center car parking
Big car park underneath Vestlia alpine skiing area, Vestlia Expressen chair lift and close by Vestlia Resort hotel.
You can use this car park for both a day in the alpine slopes or as a starting point for cross country skiing in the mountains for example to Hakkesetstølen, further to Grønebakken and Tuva Turist cabin as well to Ruperanden, or around the Ustedalsfjorden lake as well for snowshoe walks.
Tip: buy a one way ticket for the chair lift to get an easy and nice start up the mountain. (You cannot take the lift down.)
At this parking lot you will also find the skibusstop where you can take the skibuss to the other side, to Geiloheisen chairlift. The ski bus is for free, see the timetable here: https://www.skigeilo.no/skibuss-geilo
SkiGeilo collaborates with One Park, which operates the payment solution in the car park. There are cameras with license plate recognition. This means that your license plate number is automatically registered when driving in, paying on the One Park website.
