Kids love dressing up and dressing up, and so do drag queens! Queen's time is a magical time that differs from what children and parents experience on a daily basis. Here, drag artist Nabi Yeon Geisha takes the throne and tells fairy tales with a quirky twist, which opens up for the children to fantasize and dream away to a more beautiful, generous and fun world, where all children can be princes and princesses if they want - regardless who they are.

Remi Johansen Hovda, aka. Nabi Yeon Geisha, usually works as a drama teacher and drag performer. Children do not react negatively to the mixing of traditional gender roles, says Hovda. All children benefit from being exposed to gender expressions that go beyond the traditional. It can also make it easier for parents to tell their child that it's okay to be different in some way.
