Geilo Mountain Lodge invites you to a Winemakers Dinner with Pontus Dahlström, one of Norway's foremost sommeliers, on Saturday 28th of September at 19:00
Pontus has over 25 years of experience in the Norwegian restaurant industry. He worked for several years with Eivind Hellstrøm at Bagatelle, and helped create Maaemo in 2006. Now he owns and runs the restaurant Kolonialen at Bislett in Oslo.
He is also co-founder of the import company P. A. Larsen Vinhandel AS, which mixes old Norwegian wine history with strong knowledge of today's wine market. After the first two launches in January 2022, the wines from P. A. Larsen have garnered praise from the Norwegian wine press, and had an adventurous success at Vinmonopolet.
