Stundo – a village bistro, invites you to "Sider & Ost" during the Stetten Wine Festival on Saturday 28th of September, from 19:00 to 21:00. Welcome to a tasty evening at Stundo, located in Hol.
Cider and cheese are an exciting combination, and at Stundo you get to experience this up close. Chef Lene will guide you through a tasty journey where Norwegian ciders are combined with local cheeses. We're not quite sure of the exact number, but we guarantee at least six different combinations!
You can look forward to both white, yellow and brown cheeses, all paired with different types of sides. On the cider front, you will get to taste traditional varieties, ice cider and modern alternatives. This is a unique opportunity to get to know the qualities, methods and producers behind both the cheeses and the sides.
