Grotmoll has served as Managing Director of SpareBank 1 Forsikring, Group CEO of SpareBank 1 Gruppen, Group CEO of Fremtind, Chair of Finance Norway, and Vice President of the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO). However, her most important role is at home—as a mother and grandmother.
